The University of Queensland

The University of Queensland was founded in 1909. Its main campus is located in the capital of Queensland, Brisbane, but the university has other campuses located in other parts of Australia. Thanks to proven academic results the University of Queensland is rated as one of the best universities in Australia. It is a major attraction to local and international students as well. As of 2018, data taken from the university show that over 53,000 students were attending their degrees. Among things that make this university such popular to students are the variety of degree courses, their practical emphasis and job prospects. According to official recordings in 2018, a proportion of 78.2% of all undergraduates at the University of Queensland was engaged in job activities, more than the national average of 82%.
